Ndicka to handle his own career after agent split

Evan Ndicka has confirmed he will now manage his own career after ending his collaboration with his long-time agent, a decision that comes amid growing transfer interest from across Europe.

The 26-year-old central defender, who currently plays for AS Roma, announced the separation from Michaël N’Cho and AMS Consulting in a statement shared on social media, signalling a significant shift in how he intends to handle his professional affairs.

“I would like to inform you that after the end of my collaboration with my former agent Michael N’Cho and his company AMS Consulting, we are now pursuing our professional activities separately.

I will personally manage my career from now on,” the 2023 African champion wrote on Instagram.

Ndicka did not provide further details regarding the reasons behind the decision. However, the timing coincides with increasing speculation surrounding his future, as reports suggest he has been placed on the transfer list by Roma.

Interest in the Ivorian international has been building, with several leading European clubs said to be monitoring his situation closely.

Among those linked are FC Barcelona, Manchester United and Bayern Munich, highlighting the level of demand for his services.

Ndicka’s decision to operate without representation marks a notable development at a time when his career could be entering a new phase.

As a defender with experience at the highest level, his profile has continued to attract attention, particularly during transfer windows where clubs seek proven options in defence.

With interest intensifying and his contractual situation under focus, attention will now turn to how he navigates potential negotiations independently.

The coming months are likely to prove decisive, both in terms of his next move and how effectively he manages the process without an intermediary.

For now, Ndicka’s announcement places him at the centre of the transfer conversation, with his future expected to unfold against the backdrop of strong interest from some of Europe’s most prominent clubs.
