The 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) ended in Morocco on Sunday, August 16, with Cameroon beating Malawi to be crowned Champions.
For the first time in the tournament’s history, 16 teams participated, up from 12, with matches hosted across five stadiums in Rabat and Casablanca.
