Chaka Traorè, a 21-year-old left winger from Côte d’Ivoire currently playing for Milan Futuro in Italy’s Serie D – Girone B, has been linked with a summer switch to Serbian giants Partizan.
The Belgrade club are monitoring the right-footed attacker, who is valued at around €700,000, with reports in Serbia suggesting he is among several wide options under consideration. With no publicly listed contract expiry date at Milan Futuro, the prospect of Traorè moving on favourable terms – or even edging towards free-agent status if his agreement is close to running down – is expected to be part of the negotiations. The reported probability of the transfer remains unclear and is currently rated as “?”, underlining that talks are at an exploratory stage rather than an advanced one.
Traorè, born in Attecoubé on 23 December 2004 and standing at 1.75m, has been developing with Milan Futuro, an AC Milan-linked side used to blood younger players in senior football. Operating primarily on the left of the attack but cutting inside on his stronger right foot, he has been used in Serie D – Girone B this season as he seeks regular minutes at senior level.
In his most recent outing for Milan Futuro in Serie D Group B earlier this month, Traorè featured in a tight league fixture – a 1–1 draw against divisional opposition – showing his usual willingness to carry the ball and attack full-backs, although he did not register a goal or assist.
With a modest market value by European standards and a profile built in Italian football, a move to Partizan and the Serbian Super Liga would represent a significant step up and could provide the platform for Traorè to accelerate his career and enhance his reputation if the transfer materialises.
