Mouad Dahak: Al-Ittihad linked with move for Morocco winger from Union Touarga

Moroccan left winger Mouad Dahak, who currently plays for Union Touarga in the Botola Pro Inwi, is being linked with a switch to Saudi Pro League side Al-Ittihad.

The 20-year-old Casablanca-born attacker, listed at 1.65m and predominantly right-footed despite operating from the left, has a reported market value of €600k, according to data from Transfermarkt. The move remains at rumour stage, with the probability of a deal currently marked as “?” and no confirmation of any agreement between the clubs.

Dahak’s contractual situation adds intrigue to the speculation. His contract details and expiry date are not publicly specified, fuelling talk that he could soon be in a position to negotiate as a potential free agent should his deal at Union Touarga be close to its end or already expired.

The winger, who wears number 21 and is also on the books of Raja Casablanca in the player registration data, has emerged as one of the more promising young wide forwards in Morocco’s top flight. Born on 22 July 2005, he has been developed entirely within Moroccan football, featuring in the Botola Pro Inwi and representing Raja Club Athletic at national-team level.

Recent performances have kept him on the radar of scouts, with his latest outings in the Moroccan league continuing to underline his pace and direct style from the left flank, though detailed match statistics and goal tallies have not been fully disclosed.

With Al-Ittihad seeking to refresh their attacking options in a league increasingly populated by high-profile signings, a €600k-valued prospect like Dahak would represent a relatively low-cost, high-upside addition. If the transfer does materialise, a move to Jeddah could mark a decisive step in shaping Dahak’s career trajectory and reputation beyond North African football.
