Afimico Pululu: Cercle Brugge linked with move for Jagiellonia forward

DR Congo‑French centre-forward Afimico Pululu of Polish side Jagiellonia Białystok is being linked with a summer move to Belgian club Cercle Brugge.

The 27-year-old, who holds dual DR Congo and French nationality and wears the No 10 shirt in Białystok, is currently valued at €4.00m, according to Transfermarkt, with Belgian media reporting interest from the Jupiler Pro League outfit. The probability of the deal remains unclear and is listed as “?” at this stage.

Pululu’s contractual situation at Jagiellonia has not been disclosed, with no expiry date publicly recorded. That has fuelled speculation that the striker could either be entering the final phase of his deal or potentially be available as a free agent if no agreement is found, increasing Cercle Brugge’s motivation to explore a move.

Born on 23 March 1999 in Luanda and standing at 1.75m, the left-footed attacker has been deployed primarily as a centre-forward in the Ekstraklasa. Jagiellonia Białystok, competing in Poland’s top flight, have used him as a focal point in attack, with his performances helping to raise his market value to its current €4.00m mark.

Recent domestic fixtures have kept him in the shop window. In his latest league outing for Jagiellonia in the Ekstraklasa – a match played shortly before the 5 June 2026 rumour date – Pululu featured against top-flight opposition, with scouts understood to be monitoring his display as Jagiellonia continued their push in Poland’s premier division.

Pululu’s career path has already taken him through one of eastern Europe’s rising leagues, and a move to Cercle Brugge would present a step into Belgian football, renowned for developing and exporting attacking talent. If the transfer materialises, it could provide a pivotal platform for the DR Congo‑French forward to enhance his reputation and relaunch his trajectory on a bigger European stage.
