Mohamed Errachidi: Franco-Moroccan midfielder returns to Macon 71 from ASPTT Dijon U19 on free transfer
Franco-Moroccan midfielder Mohamed Errachidi has rejoined Macon 71 from ASPTT Dijon U19 on a free transfer.
The 19-year-old, who can operate across the midfield, moves back to his hometown club ahead of the 2026-27 campaign after a year in Dijon’s youth set-up. The deal sees him return to the Macon structure where he spent several seasons as a youth player before leaving in 2025.
Errachidi was born in Macon on 7 July 2007 and holds both French and Moroccan nationality. He came through the ranks locally, progressing from Maconnais youth sides into Macon’s under-17 and under-18 teams, before making the switch to ASPTT Dijon U19 on a free transfer in the summer of 2025.
His latest move brings that spell in Dijon to an end after one season and places him at Macon 71, who compete in National 2 Group F. The switch also marks his first step into a senior club environment after consecutive seasons in age-group football.
Errachidi’s arrival continues a long-standing connection between the midfielder and Macon, having spent the bulk of his formative years in the town’s football system. The transfer was completed on 23 July 2026, with the player now registered as part of Macon 71’s squad.
