Former Manchester United star Paul Pogba has addressed his potential return to competitive football in a message shared on social media.
The French midfielder, currently without a club, has not played since September 2023 following an 18-month doping suspension.
Pogba, who has Guinean heritage through his parents, is reportedly attracting interest from several clubs.
D.C. United, who hold his MLS discovery rights, are said to be in talks with the 2018 World Cup winner as he explores options to revive his career.
At the same time, Pogba is believed to be considering opportunities in Europe and the Middle East as he seeks a fresh start in the final stages of his playing days.
The 32-year-old continues to follow a personal training programme to maintain his fitness while awaiting a suitable offer.
In a video posted on Instagram, Pogba delivered a heartfelt message to his fans, hinting that his full comeback could take time.
“What’s up it’s your boy PP. I mean, this is just a little message that I think shows someone who is still hungry for the comeback. I
“have been training by myself, but never giving up and always chasing my dream and what I want to achieve,” he said.
“So just a little message for all of you guys that right now, you don’t get what you want, but just keeping trying, keep pushing until you get it.
“It might be tomorrow, it might be in one year, two years, but man what is going to happen, is going to happen so, let’s go. Big up and I will see you very soon.”
