Abu Qir Fertilizers sign Pyramids winger Ziad Shaker on free transfer and agree loan for Ayman El Gazzar

Newly promoted Abu Qir Fertilizers have completed the signing of Pyramids winger Ziad Shaker on a free transfer and reached an agreement to take right-back Ayman El Gazzar on loan from Masar as they prepare for their first season in the Egyptian Premier League.

Abu Qir Fertilizers, who secured promotion to the top flight alongside Al Qanah and Petrojet Asyut, are moving quickly to strengthen their squad ahead of the new league campaign.

Club sources told FilGoal.com that Abu Qir Fertilizers have finalised all procedures for the arrival of Shaker, who joins as a free agent on a three-year deal.

The 23-year-old wide player comes in from Pyramids, where he featured for the first team in five matches and scored once.

Loan deal agreed for El Gazzar

In addition to the Shaker deal, Abu Qir Fertilizers have reached a full agreement with Masar to sign right-back Ayman El Gazzar on a season-long loan.

The move is designed to bolster the team’s options on the right flank for the upcoming campaign, with El Gazzar expected to compete immediately for a starting role.

El Gazzar spent last season with Masar in the Egyptian Professional League, gaining regular game time and experience in senior football.
