Obbi Oulare: Belgian-Guinean striker signs for KSK Heist after spell without club
Belgian-Guinean forward Obbi Oulare has joined KSK Heist after a spell without a club, with the 30-year-old centre-forward returning to Belgian football in a permanent move.
The 1.96m striker, born in Waregem and comfortable leading the line as a central attacker, links up with the 1ste Nationale VV side as they bolster their attacking options ahead of the new campaign. Oulare has been a free agent since leaving Lierse SK in February 2025 and arrives at Heist with a current market value of around €50,000.
Oulare brings significant top-flight and European experience to his new club. Across his career he has made more than 70 appearances in the Belgian Jupiler Pro League, scoring 12 goals and providing three assists, and has also featured in the Challenger Pro League, where he added five goals and six assists in 26 outings. His record includes games in the Europa League and Champions League qualifying rounds, as well as spells in the Eredivisie, the English Premier League and the Championship.
The forward’s move to Heist follows a career that has taken in some of Belgium’s biggest clubs. After emerging at Club Brugge, he earned a transfer to Watford in 2015 before later re-establishing himself in his home country with Standard Liege and RWD Molenbeek, winning the Belgian title once and lifting the Belgian Cup twice along the way. He also claimed the Belgian Second League title with RWDM in 2022-23.
Oulare’s signing is confirmed as a permanent transfer from free agency to KSK Heist.
