Tunisian Ligue 1: Top scorers standings after matchday 13

The Tunisian Ligue 1 race for the Golden Boot remains wide open after Matchday 13, with several players tied at the top of the scoring chart.

The competition has become increasingly intense as forwards across the league continue to deliver decisive performances for their clubs.

Leading the standings with six goals each are Firas Chawat of Club Africain, Ahmed Ouled Behi of ES Métlaoui, and Ahmed Hadhri of AS Marsa.

Their consistent scoring form has made them standout figures in a season that has already produced some remarkable individual displays.

Close behind the leading trio are five players sitting on five goals apiece.

The list includes Espérance de Zarzis’s prolific attacking trio — Innocent Nshuti, Stanley Oguh, and Moomen Rahmani — all of whom have been instrumental in their team’s strong offensive record.

They are joined by Stade Tunisien’s Amadou Dia Ndiaye and Club Sportif Sfaxien’s Hichem Baccar, who continue to prove their reliability in front of goal.

A group of players on four goals remains firmly in contention, featuring Abdoulaye Kanou (JS Kairouanaise), Raki Aouani (Étoile du Sahel), Achraf Jabri (Espérance de Tunis), Philippe Kinzumbi (Club Africain), and Iyed Belwafi (Club Sportif Sfaxien).

Their contributions have been crucial for their respective clubs as the season approaches its halfway point.

Further down the list, Moez Haj Ali and Raed Chikhaoui (both of US Monastirienne), Youcef Belaili and Yan Sasse (Espérance de Tunis), Hosni Guezmir (AS Gabés/Stade Tunisien), Omar Ben Ali (Club Sportif Sfaxien), and Mannoubi Haddad (AS Soliman) have each found the net three times.

An interesting detail surrounds Club Africain forward Firas Chawat’s tally.

The goal he scored against Club Athlétique Bizertin was not included in the standings because Club Africain was awarded a 2–0 victory by default.

When contacted for clarification, Imed Kilani, a respected figure in Tunisian football, confirmed the rule governing such cases.

He explained that goals scored in matches decided by default are not recorded unless the winning team registers a scoreline of three or more goals, in which case the goals are officially counted.

As the season progresses, the battle for the top scorer’s title remains unpredictable.

With the leading pack separated by only a few goals, every matchday could reshape the standings.

For now, the trio of Chawat, Ouled Behi, and Hadhri lead the chase — but the competition behind them is heating up fast.
