It was in the 98th minute that Bilal Ait Malek scored the vital second goal for Club Africain, securing their advancement to the next round of the competition.
The dramatic finish saw them edge past Hilal M’saken, who fought valiantly but were unable to regain their earlier momentum.
In another fixture, Gafsa managed a narrow 1-0 win over Soliman to advance to the next stage.
