Mouloudia Oujda football team continues its preparations for the upcoming match against Racing Casablanca next Wednesday, as part of the round of 16 of the Throne Cup competition.

The Eastern region representative aspires to continue its journey in the silver cup under the leadership of the hometown hero, Fouzi Jamal.

According to informed sources cited by “Hesport”, the management of the Oujda team is considering allocating significant financial rewards to its players to motivate them to overcome the obstacle of “Racing Casablanca” and qualify for the quarter-finals of the Throne Cup.

The same source explained that Mouloudia Oujda is focusing heavily on the confrontation with “Racing Casablanca”, as the team’s components are betting on going far in the Throne Cup this season, despite the management and technical staff putting more emphasis on the championship to avoid relegation.

Fouzi Jamal, the coach of Mouloudia Oujda, stated in an exclusive interview with “Hesport” that the Oujda team can no longer afford to lose more points in the Moroccan Professional Football League to secure its survival.

The same coach pointed out that Mouloudia Oujda needs its supporters and collective efforts to overcome the difficult phase it is experiencing this season, as it is threatened with relegation more than ever before.

It is expected that Mouloudia Oujda will face Racing Casablanca in the round of 16 of the Throne Cup next Wednesday, knowing that the Eastern representative occupies the penultimate position in the championship with 21 points.
