From Toronto roots to international stage

Born in Toronto, Okello’s career pathway has included appearances for Canada at youth level, as well as a senior debut in 2020. His journey has taken him through Toronto FC, a loan spell in Denmark with HB Køge, and various stints in MLS NEXT Pro and the USL system.

Known for his aerial presence and midfield intelligence, he now adds Uganda senior recognition to an already diverse football background.
