AFAD, ASKO de Kara, CS Sfaxien and Singida Black Stars are among the clubs through to the second preliminary round of the 2026-27 CAF Confederation Cup after this weekend’s first-round second-leg matches.
AFAD secured progress after drawing 2-2 with East End Lions, having held a 1-1 scoreline in the first leg. ASKO de Kara also advanced despite losing the return match, having built a 5-0 lead against AS ZAM in the opening fixture.
CS Sfaxien overturned a first-leg deficit by beating Shooting Stars 2-0, having lost 1-0 in the previous meeting. Singida Black Stars were comfortable winners against Al-Ghazala, recording a 3-0 victory.
The tie between Hafia FC and AS Douanes was not played on Friday, 11 September, after AS Douanes failed to appear. The CAF will decide what action to take under its regulations. ASPAC FC’s meeting with The Panthers is scheduled for 16 September.
