Salaheddine Saadaoui switches to Beni Mellal after leaving SCC Mohammedia

Morocco second striker Salaheddine Saadaoui has joined Beni Mellal on a free transfer from SCC Mohammedia.

The 24-year-old completed the move on 4 September 2026 and has agreed a contract running until 30 June 2027. Saadaoui becomes a Beni Mellal player after one season with SCC Mohammedia, where he had arrived from Stade Marocain in August 2025, also on a free transfer.

Born in Casablanca, Saadaoui operates primarily as a second striker and is comfortable using his right foot. His arrival gives Beni Mellal another attacking player as they prepare for the 2026-27 campaign.

Saadaoui made two appearances in the Coupe du Trone Marocaine during the current season, playing 156 minutes. He has also been registered in the Botola Pro Inwi squad, although no league appearances are recorded.

The move to Beni Mellal is the latest step in a series of changes between Moroccan clubs for Saadaoui. Before joining SCC Mohammedia, he spent the 2024-25 campaign with Stade Marocain, having moved there from TAS Casablanca in April 2024 without a transfer fee.

His earlier career included time with OC Safi, where he arrived from Shabab Reserve in August 2022. He also spent part of the 2022-23 season on loan at Wafa Wydad before returning to OC Safi at the end of that spell. Saadaoui began his senior club career with RCA Reserve before moving to Shabab Reserve in January 2021.

The attacker’s move to Beni Mellal follows a short spell at SCC Mohammedia and continues a career spent across several Moroccan clubs. His contract with Beni Mellal is in place until the end of June 2027.
