KF Skenderbeu bring in Congo winger Declan Moussavou from AC Leopards

Congo winger Declan Moussavou has joined KF Skenderbeu from AC Leopards, completing a move that takes the 20-year-old to Albania’s Kategoria Superiore.

Moussavou, who plays on the left wing and prefers his right foot, has signed a contract with Skenderbeu running until 30 June 2028. The transfer was completed on 28 August 2026.

Born in Dolisie, Moussavou spent the previous two seasons with AC Leopards after joining the Congolese club from Brazzaville in July 2024. His switch to Skenderbeu represents the next step in a career that has so far included football in Congo and a move into the Albanian top flight.

The winger has featured in both the Viareggio Cup and the CAF Champions League during his career. He scored once in two Viareggio Cup appearances, while also making two appearances in the CAF Champions League.

Moussavou’s arrival adds a left-sided attacking player to a Skenderbeu squad competing in Albania’s top division. His positional profile gives the club a player capable of operating on the flank, while his contract secures his services through the end of the 2027-28 season.

Skenderbeu are the latest club in Moussavou’s professional path, following his period with AC Leopards. Before that, he played for Brazzaville, where he began the club career that led to his move abroad.

The transfer was completed on 28 August, with Moussavou now contracted to KF Skenderbeu until June 2028.
