Issam Naji departs Kenitra after five-year spell

Morocco midfielder Issam Naji has left Kenitra and is now without a club, bringing his spell with the Moroccan side to an end.

The 24-year-old central midfielder joined Kenitra from KAC Reserve on 30 June 2021, and his departure was recorded on 27 August 2026. Naji is a left-footed player whose primary position is in central midfield.

He made six appearances in the Excellence Cup during his latest recorded campaign, scoring once and providing two assists. He also featured twice in the Coupe du Trone Marocaine, playing 20 minutes in the competition.

Naji was born in Kenitra on 18 November 2001 and holds Moroccan nationality. His move away from Kenitra ends a five-year association with the club, which followed his time with KAC Reserve.

The midfielder has completed his departure from Kenitra and is currently unattached.
