Favara add Ghana winger Samuel Mone Andoh to Serie D squad

Ghanaian right winger Samuel Mone Andoh has joined Italian club Favara from Sicilia FC on a free transfer.

The 24-year-old completed the move on 26 August 2026 and has signed a contract running until 30 June 2027. Favara compete in Serie D, Italy’s fourth tier, and Andoh becomes part of the club’s attacking options for the new season.

Andoh is a left-footed wide player who operates primarily on the right flank. He stands at 1.79m and arrives after a spell with Sicilia FC, whom he joined in October 2025.

Before moving to Italy, Andoh spent time with FC Prishtina in Kosovo. He joined the club from Zein United in April 2021 on a free transfer and was part of the Prishtina side that won the Kosovan championship in the 2020-21 season.

He left Prishtina in July 2022 before returning to competitive football with Sicilia FC the following year. His recorded appearances in Kosovo competitions include four matches in the Superliga e Kosoves and one in the Superkupa e Kosoves, with a total of 149 minutes played.

The move gives Andoh a new opportunity in the Italian league system, with his contract securing his stay at Favara until the end of June 2027. His arrival also links his recent experience in Italian football with a previous career background that includes a domestic title in Kosovo.

Andoh’s transfer follows a career that has taken him from Ghana to Kosovo and then Italy. At Favara, he will continue as a right-sided attacker and will wear the club’s colours after leaving Sicilia FC at the end of their association.

Favara have completed the signing of Samuel Mone Andoh on a free transfer, with the Ghana winger contracted until 30 June 2027.
