Ceri Imadiyi: Spain-Nigeria striker joins CD Eldense B after Elche exit

Spain-Nigeria forward Ceri Imadiyi has joined CD Eldense B from Elche Ilicitano on a free transfer, completing his move on 26 August 2026.

The 20-year-old centre-forward has signed a contract with Eldense B running until 30 June 2027. Born in Elche, Imadiyi stands 1.88m tall and is predominantly right-footed.

Imadiyi arrives after a spell with Elche Ilicitano, where he made 22 appearances in Segunda Federacion Group V and scored twice. He also featured three times in Group III, playing 26 minutes.

His most recent season with Elche Ilicitano followed a move from Elche Under-19s in July 2025. Before that, he had progressed through Elche’s youth structure after joining from Alaves’ academy in July 2022.

Imadiyi’s route to Eldense B keeps him in Spanish football and marks the latest step in his development as a central striker. His playing profile is built around the centre-forward position, with his height giving him a clear physical presence in attack.

The move also reunites him with the wider football environment of the Valencia region, having been born in Elche and spent several years with clubs in the area. His transfer from Elche Ilicitano was completed without a fee.

Imadiyi, who holds Spanish and Nigerian nationality, will remain under contract at CD Eldense B through the end of June 2027.
