Jacques Mbe linked with CS Sfaxien move after Flamurtari spell
Cameroon midfielder Jacques Mbe has been linked with a move from Albanian side Flamurtari FC to Tunisia’s CS Sfaxien.
The 27-year-old defensive midfielder joined Flamurtari on 14 February 2026 and has made 10 appearances in Albania’s Kategoria Superiore, playing 730 minutes. He is now being associated with a return to Tunisia, where CS Sfaxien compete in Ligue 1.
Mbe previously played for Etoile Sportive du Sahel, helping the club win the Tunisian championship in the 2022-23 season. He moved to Algerian club CR Belouizdad in July 2024 for a reported €294,000 fee before leaving the club in August 2025.
He subsequently spent time without a club before joining Flamurtari, who are based in Albania’s second tier. Mbe’s current market value is listed at €350,000.
The midfielder began his senior career with Canon Yaounde before moving to Etoile du Sahel’s under-21 setup in 2017. Across his recorded career, he has also made appearances in the CAF Champions League, CAF Confederation Cup and domestic competitions in Tunisia and Algeria.
Mbe has scored once in 48 Ligue 1 appearances and has also featured in Tunisia’s top flight for Etoile du Sahel. He remains a Flamurtari player while the reported interest from CS Sfaxien develops.
