Yassine Janah: Morocco striker makes UAE switch to Masfout Club
Morocco centre-forward Yassine Janah has joined Masfout Club from O. Khouribga, completing a move to the United Arab Emirates on 17 August 2026.
The 34-year-old Casablanca-born striker arrives after one season with O. Khouribga, whom he joined from RAC Casablanca in September 2025. Janah’s move to Masfout marks the latest step in a career spent largely in Moroccan football before his switch abroad.
Janah made five appearances in the Coupe du Trone Marocaine, scoring once, and added another goal in three appearances in the Excellence Cup. He has been used as a central striker and is comfortable with both feet.
The forward began his senior career with RAC Casablanca after progressing from RAC Reserve. He later moved through Beni Mellal, Widad Temara and COD Meknes before returning to RAC Casablanca in 2023.
Janah joined COD Meknes from Widad Temara in July 2023 and subsequently moved to RAC Casablanca a month later. Both transfers were free moves, as was his switch from RAC Casablanca to Beni Mellal in August 2021. His experience across those clubs has taken him through several stages of Moroccan football before his latest move.
At 1.83 metres, Janah provides Masfout with an experienced central attacking option. His arrival follows his campaign with O. Khouribga, where he recorded two goals across his appearances in domestic cup competitions.
Masfout Club become the latest side to add Janah to their squad, with the striker’s career now continuing outside Morocco for the first time in the recorded sequence of his club moves.
Janah completed his transfer from O. Khouribga to Masfout Club on 17 August 2026.
