Dayrout SC bring in Egypt midfielder Mostafa Okasha from Zed FC U21

Egypt midfielder Mostafa Okasha has joined Dayrout SC from Zed FC U21 on a free transfer, completing his move on 15 August 2026.

Okasha, 20, arrives at Dayrout after progressing through Zed FC’s youth structure. He moved from ZED FC Youth to Zed FC U19 in July 2023 before stepping up to the club’s under-21 team a year later.

The move to Dayrout represents the next stage of Okasha’s career after his time with Zed FC U21. He leaves the development set-up having been registered as a midfielder, with his arrival giving Dayrout an additional option in the centre of the pitch.

Okasha’s recorded competitive involvement includes an appearance in a relegation play-off, where he played 36 minutes. He has also been registered for the Egyptian League Cup and Premier League, although no appearances are recorded in those competitions.

His transfer follows a clear progression through Zed FC’s age-group teams. After beginning with the club’s youth side, he joined the under-19 squad at the start of the 2023-24 campaign and advanced to the under-21 level for the 2024-25 season.

Dayrout have now secured the Egypt international’s services without a transfer fee. The club becomes the first senior destination listed outside the Zed FC pathway in Okasha’s career.

The midfielder’s arrival was completed at the start of the 2026-27 season, with no contract end date disclosed. Mostafa Okasha’s free transfer from Zed FC U21 to Dayrout SC was registered on 15 August 2026.
