Victor Eletu signs for Pescara as 21-year-old leaves Milan pathway
Nigeria midfielder Victor Eletu has joined Pescara from Milan Futuro, completing a move that takes the 21-year-old into Serie C. The defensive midfielder has signed a contract with Pescara until 30 June 2028.
Eletu arrives at the club after one season with Milan Futuro, having moved to the side from Milan’s Under-20 team in August 2025. His switch to Pescara was completed on 14 August 2026, marking the latest step in a senior career developed largely within Italian football.
The Lagos-born player has featured extensively at youth level, making 89 appearances in Primavera 1 and contributing six goals and 11 assists. He also made 28 appearances in Serie D, scoring twice and providing three assists, while gaining experience in the UEFA Youth League and several domestic cup competitions.
Eletu joined Milan’s academy from Cedratese 1985 in July 2022, after spending the previous season with Milan Under-17 on loan. His early career also included nine Under-17 appearances, in which he scored twice and supplied two assists.
At 1.76m, Eletu operates primarily in defensive midfield and is left-footed. His arrival gives Pescara a midfielder with experience across Italy’s youth and lower divisions as the club competes in Serie C’s Group B.
Pescara will be the third senior environment in which Eletu has played since leaving Milan’s youth structure, following his time with Milan Futuro and the club’s Under-20 side. He joins after recording appearances in Serie D, as well as two outings in Serie C and two in the Serie C play-outs.
Eletu’s move also continues a path that began in Italy more than five years ago, when he first joined Milan Under-17 from Cedratese 1985 on loan. That arrangement ended in June 2022 before his subsequent move to Milan Under-19 became permanent.
The midfielder is now contracted to Pescara through June 2028 after completing his transfer from Milan Futuro.
