Crystal Palace weigh move for club legend Wilfried Zaha after training return

Crystal Palace are seriously considering a move to bring Wilfried Zaha back to Selhurst Park, with the former Ivory Coast international currently a free agent.

Zaha came through Crystal Palace’s academy and represented the club across two lengthy spells. In total, he made 458 appearances for the Eagles and scored 90 goals.

His performances, longevity and connection with the club have established him as one of Crystal Palace’s most recognisable figures. A return would therefore represent more than a short-term move for an experienced attacker, with Zaha already familiar with the club, its supporters and the surroundings at Selhurst Park.

The Ivory Coast international’s estimated market value is €3.5m, although his current status as a free agent means Crystal Palace would not need to negotiate a transfer fee with another club.
