Hapoel Haifa eye Senegal winger Ibrahima Drame after FC Dila exit

Senegalese winger Ibrahima Drame, currently without a club, is being linked with a move to Hapoel Haifa in Israel’s Ligat ha’Al.

The 24-year-old left FC Dila on 1 July 2026 after returning from a season-long loan at Israeli side Bnei Sakhnin. Drame made 22 appearances in the Ligat ha’Al and its relegation round during the 2025-26 season, providing three assists.

The reported interest would offer Drame a return to Israel, where he spent the previous campaign after joining Bnei Sakhnin on loan from FC Dila in September 2025. He returned to the Georgian club at the end of the season before becoming unattached.

Drame joined FC Dila in February 2024 and played a role in the club’s 2024-25 Georgian Cup-winning campaign. He also helped the side win the Georgian Super Cup in the same season.

The right-footed left winger began his senior career with Senegalese club Diambars before moving to Austria, where he spent time with LASK and Austria Vienna. He later played for Bandirma Spor before joining FC Dila.

He has also recorded appearances in the Bundesliga, the Austrian second tier and European competition during his career. Drame’s current market value is listed at €200,000.

The possible move to Hapoel Haifa remains a rumour, with Drame currently without a club.
