Saidou Alioum nears FK Jablonec transfer
IFK Goteborg are reportedly close to completing another significant player sale, with winger Saidou Alioum expected to join Czech club FK Jablonec.
The potential transfer follows Rockson Yeboah’s move to Osasuna, giving Goteborg another opportunity to generate important income.
According to reports from Expressen, Jablonec are prepared to pay approximately €800,000 for the 22-year-old attacker. According to reports in Sweden, negotiations are believed to be approaching completion.
Alioum joined IFK Goteborg from Hammarby in the summer of 2025 and quickly became a useful option in the club’s attack. During his time in the blue-and-white shirt, he recorded five goals and three assists across 35 appearances.
The winger’s possible departure would leave Goteborg without a player who has provided energy, pace and creativity in the final third. However, the reported fee could give the Swedish club additional flexibility to strengthen its squad before the transfer window closes.
Jablonec, meanwhile, would gain an attacker familiar with senior football and capable of operating from wide positions. Alioum’s next challenge would be adapting to the Czech league while attempting to establish himself as an important part of the club’s plans.
The transfer has not yet been officially confirmed, but the parties appear close to reaching a final agreement.
