Portugal and Guinea-Bissau winger Sana Fernandes has joined Juve Stabia from Lazio U20 on loan, bringing the 20-year-old left winger to the Serie B club for the 2026-27 campaign.

The move was completed on 13 August 2026, with Fernandes’ agreement at Juve Stabia running until 30 June 2027. No transfer fee has been disclosed for the loan.

Fernandes, who was born in Bissau, is a right-footed attacker whose preferred position is on the left wing. He joins Juve Stabia after being part of Lazio’s under-20 set-up and adds experience from youth competitions in Italy and the Netherlands.

His record in Primavera 1 includes 52 appearances, 10 goals and 12 assists. He also made 28 appearances in Primavera 2 – B, scoring seven goals and providing 10 assists. Fernandes has additionally featured in the UEFA Youth League, where he recorded one goal and one assist in five appearances.

Before returning to Lazio’s youth ranks, Fernandes spent the 2024-25 season on loan at NAC Breda. He made 15 appearances in the Eredivisie during that spell and scored once, while also appearing in the KNVB Beker.

Fernandes began his development with Sporting’s youth sides before joining Lazio U19 in September 2022 on a free transfer. He subsequently moved into Lazio’s senior structure before returning to the club’s under-20 team in July 2025.

During his time with Lazio U19, Fernandes won the Italian Supercoppa at Primavera 2 level in the 2022-23 season. His move to Juve Stabia now gives him an opportunity to continue his career in Serie B after spells in youth football and a season in the Eredivisie.

Juve Stabia’s new signing has a recorded market value of €500,000 and has agreed terms that keep him with the club until the end of June 2027. Fernandes’ completed switch from Lazio U20 to Juve Stabia is a loan deal.
