CS Sfaxien linked with move for unattached winger Walid Dhouib
Tunisian-French winger Walid Dhouib, currently without a club, has been linked with a move to CS Sfaxien in Tunisia’s Ligue 1.
Dhouib, 20, became unattached after leaving Lithuanian side Suduva on 15 July 2026. He had joined Suduva from fellow Lithuanian club DFK Dainava in March, making the move on a free transfer after previously playing for Rio Ave’s under-19 side.
The left-footed right winger made 14 appearances in the Lithuanian top flight for Suduva, scoring once and providing one assist. He also featured once in the Lithuanian Cup, playing 58 minutes.
Born in Levallois-Perret, France, Dhouib is listed as holding both Tunisian and French nationality. He is 1.91m tall and has a current market value of €50,000.
A move to CS Sfaxien would represent a return to Tunisia for Dhouib, who is currently available after his departure from Suduva. The club, one of the established sides in Tunisia’s top division, is the latest team linked with the unattached player.
No transfer fee has been reported in connection with the rumour, and Dhouib’s contractual status means he is free to consider a new club.
