Ibrahima Ndiaye: Senegal striker makes Iraq move to Golan SC

Senegalese centre-forward Ibrahima Ndiaye has joined Iraqi club Golan SC from Al-Anwar, completing a move to the Iraq Stars League.

The 22-year-old arrives at Golan SC after spending the previous year with Al-Anwar in Libya. Ndiaye joined the Libyan side from Senegalese club Pikine on 1 July 2025, before moving to Iraq on 12 August 2026.

Ndiaye made 16 appearances in the Libyan Premier League, scoring three goals and providing one assist. He played 1,417 minutes in the competition, averaging a goal every 472 minutes.

The forward began that period of his career with Pikine, where he moved from Teungueth FC in February 2025. He had joined Teungueth FC from Pikine in July 2024, giving him experience of moves between clubs in Senegal before his move abroad.

Ndiaye’s recorded market value is €125,000. His arrival gives Golan SC a Senegalese attacking option as the club competes in Iraq’s top flight.

Born on 14 January 2004, Ndiaye is listed as a centre-forward and has represented Senegal at club level through his career in the country’s domestic game, followed by spells in Libya and Iraq.

Golan SC becomes the latest club in Ndiaye’s developing career after Teungueth FC, Pikine and Al-Anwar. The transfer from Al-Anwar to Golan SC was completed on 12 August 2026.
