Iliman Ndiaye rejects Al Hilal move to remain with Everton in Premier League

Iliman Ndiaye has turned down a lucrative offer from Al Hilal and intends to continue his career in the Premier League with Everton.

The 26-year-old Senegal international had emerged as a major target for the Saudi Arabian club, which had reportedly reached an agreement on personal terms with the forward. However, despite Al Hilal’s strong interest and the financial package on offer, Ndiaye is understood to have decided against a move to the Saudi Pro League.

The development was first reported by Africafoot, which revealed that Al Hilal had made significant progress in its attempt to sign the former Olympique de Marseille player. The Saudi club’s leadership had been prepared to offer highly favourable financial conditions to persuade Ndiaye to leave English football.

According to transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano, Ndiaye has now declined Al Hilal’s proposal. The Senegalese forward is said to have made clear that he wants to remain in the Premier League, where he believes he can continue competing at the highest level.

His decision represents a setback for Al Hilal, who had hoped to add the Everton attacker to their squad during the summer transfer window. For Ndiaye, the priority appears to be sporting continuity and the opportunity to establish himself further in one of the world’s most competitive leagues.

Ndiaye has already returned to Everton’s first-team group after completing his international commitments with Senegal at the 2026 FIFA World Cup. He has joined the club’s training camp in Germany, indicating that he is preparing to continue the season with the Toffees.
