Roony Bardghji injury could disrupt Barcelona exit plans

Barcelona winger Roony Bardghji is awaiting further medical examinations after suffering a knee injury in training on Monday, with reports suggesting the 20-year-old may have torn his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL).

The initial indications are described as concerning, although Barcelona have not yet confirmed the nature or severity of the problem.

The Catalan club has chosen not to disclose details of what happened to the Sweden international, citing medical confidentiality. However, it is understood that Bardghji has suffered a physical setback and will undergo additional tests before a definitive diagnosis is made.

According to Mundo Deportivo, the injury could be serious and may involve damage to the ACL. If that diagnosis is confirmed, Bardghji would be expected to miss the rest of the season.
