Bilal Boutobba linked with Eyupspor move from Al-Najma
French-Algerian winger Bilal Boutobba, who currently plays for Saudi First Division side Al-Najma, has been linked with a move to Turkish Super Lig club Eyupspor.
Boutobba, 27, joined Al-Najma from Hatayspor on 27 August 2025 in a deal reported at €1.2m. He remains under contract with the Saudi club until 30 June 2027.
The right winger’s record in the Turkish top flight includes 11 goals and three assists in 28 appearances, while he also produced one goal and four assists in two Turkish Cup matches. He was named Hatayspor’s best assist provider for the 2024-25 campaign, with four goals listed in the relevant achievement record.
A left-footed attacker, Boutobba has also played in France’s Ligue 1 and Ligue 2, Spain’s second tier and the Saudi Pro League. His Ligue 2 record stands at 21 goals and 19 assists from 107 appearances.
Boutobba began his career with Marseille and represented France at youth level, winning the European Under-17 Championship in 2015. He has been listed with both French and Algerian nationality.
Eyupspor’s reported interest comes with Boutobba valued at €1.2m. Any move would require an agreement with Al-Najma given the player’s existing contract, which has two years remaining.
