Parma sign Spain-Senegal winger Ousmane Diallo from B. Dortmund II

Spain and Senegal winger Ousmane Diallo has joined Parma from B. Dortmund II, taking the 19-year-old into Italy’s Serie A after his spell in Germany’s Regionalliga West.

Diallo plays as a left winger and becomes a Parma player on 31 July 2026. The move brings the teenager into one of Europe’s major domestic leagues, with his career now continuing in Italy following his time with Borussia Dortmund’s reserve side.

The transfer links two clubs competing in different divisions and countries. Diallo leaves B. Dortmund II, who play in the Regionalliga West, for Parma, whose first team operates in Serie A. His arrival gives the Italian club a young wide player with eligibility for both Spain and Senegal through his nationality.

At 19, Diallo is moving into senior football at a significant stage of his career. His listed market value is €1.5m, providing an indication of the standing he had established before switching leagues. No transfer fee has been announced for the move.

Diallo’s role is defined by his position on the left side of attack. Parma have secured his services as part of their squad for the club’s Serie A campaign, while B. Dortmund II lose a player who had been part of their set-up in the German regional competition.

The transfer also marks a change in footballing environment for Diallo. He moves from the development-focused structure of a reserve team to a first-team squad competing in Italy’s top-level league. That change places his next stage of progress within Parma’s senior set-up.

The player’s Spanish and Senegalese nationality gives him an international background spanning two footballing countries, although no senior international appearances or international selection are recorded alongside the transfer.

Diallo now continues his career with Parma, having completed his move from B. Dortmund II on 31 July 2026.
