Warren Bondo: Stuttgart eye move for AC Milan midfielder in Bundesliga raid
France/DR Congo midfielder Warren Bondo of AC Milan is being linked with a summer move to Bundesliga side Stuttgart. The German club are exploring the possibility of a deal, though the likelihood of a transfer is currently rated at just 16%, with the player under a long-term contract at San Siro.
Bondo, 22, is tied to Milan until 30 June 2029, a factor that would leave the Serie A club in a strong position in any negotiations. He is valued at around €6m, a figure that provides an initial benchmark as Stuttgart assess the financial feasibility of strengthening their central midfield options.
The move would come just weeks after Bondo formally returned to Milan from a season-long loan at Cremonese, where he spent the 2025-26 campaign. Milan first brought him in from Monza in February 2025 for a fee of €10.5m, underlining the investment they have already made in his development.
Since moving to Italy, Bondo has amassed 80 Serie A appearances, contributing one goal and one assist in 5,082 minutes of league action. His regular involvement in the Italian top flight at a young age is understood to be part of what has attracted Stuttgart’s interest as they look toward the new Bundesliga season.
For now, Bondo remains an AC Milan player, with four years left on his deal and his immediate future still anchored in Serie A unless Stuttgart choose to firm up their tentative interest.
