Prince Aboagye: Ghanaian midfielder joins BSV Hurturkel from Turkiyemspor on free transfer

Ghanaian midfielder Prince Aboagye has joined BSV Hurturkel from Turkiyemspor Berlin on a free transfer, completing his move within the German system on 6 July 2026.

The 23-year-old, who operates in central midfield, arrives at Hurturkel after one season with Turkiyemspor. His switch keeps him in Berlin football, with both clubs based in the German capital, and continues a sequence of short, domestic moves that has characterised his senior career to date.

Aboagye has spent the last few years circulating between familiar surroundings. He first joined BSC Rehberge in 2021, then moved to Fuchse Berlin Reinickendorf at the start of 2024 before returning to Rehberge later that same season. In July 2025 he left Rehberge for Turkiyemspor, and now makes the latest step in his development with Hurturkel.

The move underlines Hurturkels preference for recruiting from within Berlins football landscape, with Aboagye already experienced across several local clubs and competitions in Germany. His consistent deployment in midfield offers his new side an option in the centre of the pitch built on knowledge of the regional game.

For Aboagye, the transfer marks another progression in a career that has been entirely based in Germany since at least 2021 and reinforces his status as a Ghanaian midfielder established in the Berlin football scene.
