Oscar Siafa: ASA Tg. Mures eye move for Equatorial Guinea-Spain forward from Slatina

Equatorial Guinea-Spain centre-forward Oscar Siafa, currently with Romanian side Slatina, has been linked with a move to Liga 2 rivals ASA Tg. Mures.

The 28-year-old attacker, who is right-footed and stands at 1.91m, is valued at around 200,000 and has seen his market value rise while at Slatina, with an increase recorded as recently as June 2026.

Siafa joined Slatina after a short spell at Italian club Pro Vercelli, having moved there in January 2025 before leaving in the summer of the same year. His subsequent switch to Romania has coincided with a steady upturn in his valuation, suggesting his performances have attracted attention within the division.

Born in Madrid and eligible for both Equatorial Guinea and Spain, Siafa has built a varied career across several European leagues, including stints in Greece with Olympiakos Volos and Niki Volos and in Malta with Birkirkara FC, as well as previous spells in Spains lower tiers.

Before arriving in Romania, Siafas market value peaked during his time in Greece, where he first rose to 200,000 with Olympiakos Volos and later ticked up again with Niki Volos, underlining his status as a physically imposing forward with experience in different tactical setups.

No agreement has been announced between Slatina and ASA Tg. Mures, and the move remains a rumoured intra-division transfer within Romanias Liga 2.
