Monaco plot permanent acquisition of Spanish-Guinean winger Ansu Fati

French giants AS Monaco are seeking for permanent acquisition of Spain international of Guinea-Bissau descent Ansu Fati ahead of the summer window.

Fati joined the Principality club last summer on loan from Barcelona and has since showcased glimpse of good performance in the current campaign.

Per reports, the Principality club are keen to retain Fati following a promising campaign, and are prepared to table an offer in the region of €11 million to FC Barcelona.

The 21-year-old has shown flashes of his undeniable talent, reigniting the form that once made him one of Europe’s most exciting young prospects.

However, despite the club’s strong interest, negotiations are far from straightforward.
