Spanish club Sevilla FC have joined the race for the signing of France-born midfielder of Cameroonian descent, Junior Dina Ebimbe.
The youngster has been a transfer target of several clubs since the 2024/25 football season ended.
Among the clubs interested in his signature, OGC Nice are thought to be leading the race.
However, Sevilla FC have joined the race and are set to give the French club competition.
Ebimbe, who can operate in multiple positions, no longer features in the plans of Eintracht Frankfurt coach Dino Toppmöller.
Despite being under contract until 2027, Frankfurt are actively seeking a transfer to secure a fee and free up space in the squad.
Known for his dynamism and physical presence, Ebimbe is viewed as a strong fit for the demands of leagues such as Ligue 1 and La Liga.
While OGC Nice remain the leading contender, Sevilla’s interest with their regular ambitions in European competition could inject fresh momentum into negotiations.
Interested clubs must now convince the midfielder with their offer to join them.
