Brazilian forward Vinicius Jr has admitted that the performance of Real Madrid in the game against Real Betis was not the best.
The talented forward featured in that La Liga match that ended in a 2-1 defeat on Saturday
Speaking in the post-match interview, Vinicius Jr urged his Real Madrid teammates to do better in the next game.
He noted that it is important for Real Madrid to get back to winning ways in the clash against Atletico Madrid in the Uefa Champions League.
“A bad game yesterday for everyone, but that’s it! Let Tuesday be crazy at the Bernabeu. We need you. See you there,” Vinicius said via X.
Real Madrid will take on Atletico Madrid in the first leg of their Round 16 tie in the Uefa Champions League on Tuesday.
With the chances of winning the La Liga title not certain, Real Madrid will look to secure victory in the UCL to advance to the next match.
