The selection process involves the establishment of a commission comprising 11 members, including representatives from the Ministry of Sports and the Togolese Football Federation. This commission will review the applications, which include submissions from around fifteen candidates, including notable figures such as Jean-Michel Cavalli, Noel Tosi, Hubert, Henk Ten Cate, Patrick de Wilde, and Raoul Savoy.
