Tino Anjorin attracts Goztepe interest after Torino switch

English-Nigerian midfielder Tino Anjorin, currently with Torino, is being linked with a move to Goztepe in the Turkish Super Lig.

The 24-year-old joined Torino permanently from Empoli on 1 July 2026 in a deal worth €4.5m, after spending the 2025-26 season on loan at the Serie A club. He had initially moved to Empoli from Chelsea in August 2024.

Anjorin has made one appearance for Torino this season, featuring in the Italy Cup, but has yet to play in Serie A. The central midfielder has a market value of €4m.

A move to Goztepe would represent a switch from Italy’s top flight to Turkey’s Super Lig, although there is no indication that an agreement has been reached or that negotiations are advanced.

Anjorin began his senior career at Chelsea and was part of the club’s squad that won the 2020-21 UEFA Champions League. He also helped Portsmouth win the English third tier during a loan spell in the 2023-24 season.

The midfielder’s current contract with Torino runs until 30 June 2028.
