Senegal striker Papa Cheikh Diop joins Al Wahda

Senegalese striker Papa Cheikh Diop has left Gesfoot Academie to join Al Wahda in the United Arab Emirates.

The 20-year-old’s departure was announced by Gesfoot Academie in a statement published on Instagram at 09:20. Diop has chosen to take the next step in his developing career with the UAE-based club.

In recent hours, Diop also appointed ProvSoccer Football Management to represent his interests. The agency confirmed the move on its social media channels.
