Rennes has reportedly rejected an offer from Premier League club Cardiff City for the versatile defender Kévin Théophile-Catherine. Despite interest from certain teams, Rennes, led by coach Philippe Montanier, is not willing to let the player go just days before the end of the transfer window. Théophile-Catherine, who is linked to Rennes until 2014, has allegedly refused to extend his contract with the club.
