PSG: VERRATI CAN’T STAND RUMORS SWAPPING HIM WITH POGBA AT JUVE
Marco Verratti addressed the ongoing rumors linking him with a potential move to Juventus Turin in exchange for Paul Pogba. Speaking to Gazzetta dello Sport, the PSG midfielder expressed his frustration, stating, “It tires me a little because reading this, I have the impression that PSG does not want me and thinks that I am less good than Pogba.” He emphasized his confidence in the PSG leadership, coaching staff, and teammates, adding, “If tomorrow they told me to leave, I would feel bad, because I am at home here.” However, Verratti acknowledged Juventus’ ambitious project, saying, “Even if I have no desire to leave Paris, Juve has one of the most ambitious projects in Europe.”
While Verratti’s comments may dampen the rumors, speculation in the transfer market often persists until definitive decisions are made.
