Legendary Italian coach Fabio Capello is urging patience for French-Cameroonian forward Kylian Mbappe at Real Madrid.
Mbappe, who joined Madrid in the summer as a free agent has been inconsistent with his performance, sparking concerns among football fanatics.
He has racked up 14 goals across competitions since joining Madrid from Paris Saint Germain.
Capello assessing Mbappe emphasized the need for patience, which he believes is lacking at Madrid.
“You need to be patient, but Madrid doesn’t have patience—neither the fans nor the journalists. Mbappe had issues off the pitch, unrelated to football. But it seems to me that now he’s back. I really like him; he’s a player of a different level,” Capello said.
Mbappe has won two title since joining Real Madrid. He scored in both Cup final games against Atalanta and Pachuca.
