Legendary Italian coach Fabio Capello has spoken highly of French international of Cameroon descent Kylian Mbappe, saying he is a player of a different level.
Mbappe, who joined Madrid in the summer as a free agent has been inconsistent with his performance.
Since joining the Spanish giants from Paris Saint Germain, the forward has racked up 14 goals across competitions.
Capello assessing Mbappe emphasized the need for patience, which he believes is lacking at Madrid.
“You need to be patient, but Madrid doesn’t have patience—neither the fans nor the journalists. Mbappe had issues off the pitch, unrelated to football. But it seems to me that now he’s back. I really like him; he’s a player of a different level,” Capello said.
Mbappe has won two title since joining Real Madrid. He scored in both Cup final games against Atalanta and Pachuca.
