FOOT-MOROCCO: ARGENTINIAN MARCELO BIELSA ANNOUNCED AS THE NEXT COACH!
Marcelo Bielsa has emerged as a potential candidate for the role of head coach of the Moroccan national team, alongside Hervé Renard and Giovanni Trapattoni. According to reports from Marca, the Argentine coach has initiated discussions with the Moroccan Federation regarding the possibility of leading the Atlas Lions.
At 58 years old, Bielsa has been available since departing from Athletic Bilbao at the end of the previous season. He gained prominence for his achievements, including winning the gold medal with the Argentine national team at the Athens Olympic Games in 2004.
With the CAN 2015 approaching, Morocco faces the challenge of appointing both a president for its Federation and a coach for its national team. While discussions are ongoing, no decision has been reached regarding the new coach.
