FLOYD AYITÉ: CHIEVO VERONA ACTIVATES ITS TRACK FOR THE SUMMER
Floyd Ayité, the Togolese international, is likely to attract plenty of suitors come June. With his contract at Stade de Reims coming to an end, Ayité has yet to renew his deal with the club, indicating a probable departure. His coach, Hubert Fournier, stated a few weeks ago, “He is reaching the end of his contract and has not responded to our offers. I believe he will leave us at the end of the season.”
While rumors have linked him to Arsenal, it appears Serie A could be his next destination. According to TMW, Chievo Verona, currently ranked sixteenth in Serie A, is interested in acquiring the midfielder.
Ayité has showcased his prowess with five goals and five assists in 26 appearances this season in Ligue 1. French clubs like Saint-Etienne and Bordeaux are also reportedly in contention for his signature.
