Chelsea FC are preparing to make a decisive call on Liam Rosenior’s future ahead of their crucial weekend meeting with Manchester United, with senior figures opting to stand by the under-fire head coach despite a difficult run of results.

Rosenior’s tenure at Stamford Bridge has spanned just three months, a period marked by inconsistency and frustration as the club continues to fall short of expectations.
