Ayoub Bouaddi: Morocco coach says Lille teenager’s mindset can unlock Real Madrid or Manchester City dream

Ayoub Bouaddi’s rapid rise with Lille and Morocco has been driven as much by his personality as his technical talent, according to national team assistant coach Joao Sacramento, who believes the teenager already has the mentality needed to succeed one day at clubs such as Real Madrid or Manchester City.

The 17-year-old midfielder has emerged as one of the brightest prospects in Moroccan and European football, earning early trust from the Morocco coaching staff despite his age and inexperience at senior level.

Sacramento, assistant to head coach Walid Regragui, described Bouaddi as a rare profile who combines ability on the pitch with unusual calm and maturity off it, qualities he argues are essential for reaching the very top of the European game.
